Foster Premier is a full service property management company. Foster Premier manages over 200 different Community Associations throughout the Chicagoland area. We pride ourselves on managing properties as if we lived on the property and it was our own. We work to improve the property values of residents' homes and ensure peaceful enjoyment within their community by providing efficient daily operations, well-managed capital improvements, accurate accounting records, and effective financial planning.

CAMBRIDGE HOMES
Since the 1960’s Cambridge Homes has provided quality housing for an estimated 40,000 families in more than 60 different municipalities throughout Chicago’s suburbs. The Libertyville, Illinois-based company is the largest homebuilder in Illinois for 10 consecutive years.
In addition to being the largest homebuilder in Illinois, Cambridge is the region’s top award recipient for excellence in housing. The company is currently the Chicago Sun-Times’ Builder of the Year, was recently named as the Builder of the Decade by Midwest Homebuilder magazine, and is only one of a handful of builders in the nation to have received the coveted National Award for Construction Excellence from the National Association of Home Builders. Moreover, in addition to its industry high numbers in referrals and repeat buyers, Cambridge consistently rates in the upper echelon of the J. D. Power and Associates customer satisfaction ratings.
In 1999 Cambridge proudly became an even larger and stronger company as part of D. R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE: DHI). The Fort Worth, Texas-based company is currently the largest builder in the nation selling and building homes in 27 states and 85 markets.
CAMBRIDGE LAKES COMMUNITY
Currently planned for 2146 homes, the community was recently named best overall suburban community in greater Chicagoland by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago at the 2007 Key Awards and has been the top selling community since sales opened in 2005. The community is comprised of 1,164 acres including over 360 acres of open space including 12 lakes, wooded park areas and 5.2 miles of walking and bike trails. Cambridge Lakes features a large community center with three outdoor pools, a large gymnasium, aerobics rooms, cardiovascular and weight rooms, a Kids’ Club center and much more! The community also features an on-site Charter School and pre-school, five baseball diamonds, three soccer fields, several playgrounds and tot-lots and a skate park.
