GROUP FITNESS CLASSES – FREE OF CHARGE!

*Bootcamp

Get ready to sweat! This class is designed to meet and challenge the needs of every fitness level. Strength and endurance are put to the test by alternating short bursts of cardio with short bursts of resistance. Come see what your body is truly capable of, and see what it can become! No more excuses!

Cardio Latin Dance

Mild, hot or hotter? Add a little spice to your dance moves! This class combines hot Latin dances like the Merengue, Rumba, Cha Cha and Mambo with a great cardio dance workout fro improved agility, stamina and muscle tone. Each class includes warm-up, strengthening exercises, choreography, cool-down and stretching. No experience necessary. Soft-soled shoes or sneakers recommended.

Cardio Mix

Get ready for some great cardio combinations! In this class you might be doing everything from circuit training or step aerobics to dance and kickboxing. Hop on in if you are looking for a calorie burning class!

*Circuit Training

This class incorporates short bursts of resistance training and high-intensity cardio exercises to work all major muscle groups and cardiovascular endurance.

*Fit Over 50:

Join us for a low impact aerobics class designed to benefit your heart & muscles of the body. A 30 minute cardio segment will be followed by 15 minutes of toning on the floor.

Flirty Girl Fitness

A cardio dance class that is fun, effective, sexy and simple! These easy to learn dance routines provide the perfect combination of cardio and strength training; you'll feel like you’re in in a music video rather than a cardio conditioning, core strengthening, booty toning, arm sculpting workout class!

*Floor, Core & More

A complete conditioning class to train the major muscle groups of the body. Various formats including the use of bands, weights & stability balls will be used.

*Simple Step & Stuff

Come try this basic step aerobics format suitable for all fitness levels. This class will also incorporate strength and interval training to "step" up your workout so you leave knowing you've worked your whole body!

Step Aerobics

Challenge your body like never before in this high-energy choreographed workout that will guarantee a fun, motivated class.

Totally Toned

A great sculpting class using hand weights, bands, balls and your own body weight. This class is great for all levels!

Yoga/Yogalates

Improve balance, strength, flexibility, posture, metabolism and energy while decreasing mental, physical, and emotional stress. We will explore the mind-body connection through gentle stretching as we learn fundamental postures and how to combine breath with movement. No prior knowledge is needed. Please bring a small blanket or towel. Dress for movement and bare feet.

Zumba

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. It is an action packed 45 minutes of exhilarating, calorie burning, and muscle pumping fun. It is easily adaptable to all fitness levels. You don’t need to be able to dance to take part you just need to want to have fun and work a sweat.

50/50

This class is will be taught in two segments. Each week you will do two totally different varieties of exercise. One week it could be zumba and yoga, the next week it would be step and kickboxing. The changing variety is a great way to challenge your body and to stay in shape!
