- Who do I call regarding assessments for the HOA?

- When should I put out my garbage cans for collection?
The garbage/recycle cans are to go out no earlier than 6pm. the day prior to pick up and they are to be returned after pick up the same evening as the collection.
The Community Declaration for Cambridge Lakes Article Nine, Section 9.03 requests that when you look at the front of your home that it is to be free and clear of all unsightly materials. In keeping with this the garbage/recycle cans should be moved to the back of the home or inside the garage.
- Are the lakes stocked with fish in our neighborhood?
- How can I receive information about renting out the gathering lounge in the community center?

- What are the hours of the community center?
- Office hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. We are open from 5am-10pm everyday.
- Pool hours are 10am-9pm (8-9pm being adult swim only) everyday. The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- The community center will have limited hours on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
- The office will be closed New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 3rd, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
- How do I add an architectural improvement to my house?
- Please print off an architectural application from our document library and bring it to the community center. Be sure to have your plat of survey (if necessary) and any other specific information with you when you come to the community center. You will then meet with the property manager who will send your request to the board of directors. Upon approval or denial you will be notified and if your improvement has been approved, your next step would be heading over to the building department at the village to complete the rest of the steps prior to installation.
- How do I register for activities, classes and events?
- Please stop by the community center to take care of all registration of activities, classes and events. You can come in anytime between 5am and 10pm to do so. We accept only cash or check.
- How do I receive my proximity cards once I move into the community?
- Please stop by the community center at any time during the hours of operation and be sure to bring a document with your new address and full name. The registration process only takes a few minutes and we will then give you a full tour and answer any questions you may have about the community center or the Cambridge Lakes Community itself.
- I lost my proximity card, what do I do?
- Pleas stop by the community center at any time during the hours of operation and be sure to bring the proximity card that you still have at home. We will delete the lost card from our system and you can purchase an additional proximity card for $10.00.
- What is the guest policy?
- Each household is issued 4 guest passes each year. You are allowed to bring four guests with you to the community center at each visit. You do need to bring your guest passes along with you and you will be asked to sign your guests in at the front desk upon entering the center. Each resident is allowed 1 guest to participate in each of our activities and classes. In this instance, guests will be asked to fill out a waiver of liability. However, you are fully responsible for your guests and any damages or injuries that occur are the responsibility of the homeowner.
- When are HOA community meetings held?
