PHOTO ID RENEWAL

Photo ID Renewal is currently underway. IDs can be renewed every day of the week 9:00am to 9:00pm. Beginning Monday, January 2nd Photo IDs must be updated in order to use the Community Center. In order to renew your ID the following information will be required:

  • The household must be in good standing with the Cambridge Lakes Community HOA.
  • Proof of residency for any resident that is 5 years of age or older (Current driver’s license, utility bill, school records, medical records, etc).
  • Photo ID for those 16 years of age or older (Driver’s license, State ID, Passport, School ID, etc).
  • All renters must provide a copy of their lease.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult in order to receive their photo id update. Households that have an outstanding balance on their account will not be eligible to renew their IDs. New photos will not be taken; your current ID will be updated. Please remember photo IDs are required to gain entry into the Community Center. Missing Photo IDs can be replaced for a $5 fee.

CAMBRIDGE LAKES COMMUNITY HOA MEETINGS

HOA Meetings are held quarterly in the Community Center gathering lounge to update residents on accomplishments along with current and upcoming tasks and projects. This is a great opportunity to learn more about your community and ask any questions that you may have. Please see below for a list of meeting dates for 2012:

  • Tuesday, February 7, 2012
  • Tuesday, May 8, 2012
  • Tuesday, August 14, 2012
  • Tuesday, November 13, 2012

COMMITTEES

We are looking for individuals who have an interest in serving on a Property & Grounds Committee or a Covenants & Compliance Committee in the following associations:

  • Cambridge Lakes Community Association
  • Cambridge Lakes Townhome #3 Association
  • Cambridge Lakes Townhome #14 Association
  • Cambridge Lakes Condo #19 Association

COMMUNITY CENTER TELEVISIONS

We are pleased to announce that television services have been added to the Cambridge Lakes Community Center library! Additionally, services upgrades have been made to the fitness center televisions for you viewing pleasure this New Year!
